How feedback about your performance is important? How often do you give feedback?

A performance is an act of staging or presenting a play, concert, or other form of entertainment. It is also defined as the action or process of carrying out or accomplishing an action, task, or function. In the work place, job performance is the hypothesized conception or requirements of a role. Positive feedback is the best for all as me. If I do any performance, I try to hear good and impressive feedbacks that I always remember with inspiration. Because Good feedback makes anyone to work on themselves. I do not give feedback more often but If I have to give feedback to someones work, I try to give and tell nice words to others.
